Hello, and welcome.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to explore my page, and I hope it is the start of a cohesive and nurturing relationship.

A little about me...

I am originally from Liverpool, England, but I was raised on the west coast of Canada, in a small town called Comox. This is the place that I call home, and where I return to often to visit family.

My decision to move away from Canada and my family came out of a desire to travel and experience different cultures. I did this by working my way around the airline industry, across several airlines, for 10 years.
This was a fantastic opportunity and gave me many amazing experiences and memories (not to mention this is how I met my partner).

When I became pregnant in 2022, I decided to step back from my flying role and focus completely on being a mother and partner and gaining my qualification as a registered nutritional therapist.

In 2025, I graduated with a BSc in Nutritional Therapy, gave birth to our second child, and began the journey of building this business.

My journey in nutrition...

Food and nutrition have always been my passion, so pursuing a career in this field was a natural and straightforward decision for me. I began my studies in 2020 with the aim of becoming a pediatric dietitian and working with children.

However, in 2022, when pregnant with my son, I experienced a frightening health concern that risked me losing him and resulted in a lengthy hospital stay. This was a difficult time for me, but I was lucky enough to have the help that I did, and my son is here with me today.
I realise that many women are not so lucky, and I will never be able to fully understand the pain of losing a child, but this experience gave me a close enough glimpse to know that I want to help prevent others from experiencing such a loss in any way that I can.

Over the past three years, and now having two children, I have further struggled with hormone imbalances, prenatal depression, and, at times, feeling completely isolated and alone.
My goal is to be the person that I needed during this time, for others who may be going through a similar experience.

My Interests...

Women's health and hormone balancing is a fascinating field that holds incredible potential. Science is only starting to understand the impact of estrogen on a whole system level and how fluctuating levels can impact metabolism, energy production, and the microbiome.

I am particularly intrigued by how genetic variability influences fertility and reproductive health. Understanding the ways our bodies respond to nutrition can empower women to optimize health and well-being.

It's exciting to explore the connections between our genes, hormones, and dietary choices to support a healthier future.
