Hello, and welcome.
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to explore my page, and I hope it is the start of a cohesive and nurturing relationship.
A little about me...
I am originally from Liverpool, England, but I was raised on the west coast of Canada, in a small town called Comox. This is the place that I call home, and where I return to often to visit family.
My decision to move away from Canada and my family came out of a desire to travel and experience different cultures. I did this by working my way around the airline industry, across several airlines, for 10 years.
This was a fantastic opportunity and gave me many amazing experiences and memories (not to mention this is how I met my partner).
When I became pregnant in 2022, I decided to step back from my flying role and focus completely on being a mother and partner and gaining my qualification as a registered nutritional therapist.
In 2025, I graduated with a BSc in Nutritional Therapy, gave birth to our second child, and began the journey of building this business.
My Journey in Nutrition...
Food and nutrition have always been my passion, so taking the steps towards working in this area was an obvious and easy choice for me.
When I started studying nutrition in 2020, I was focused on making quick, healthy meals for working individuals and those with little time to plan. However, I quickly realised that there was so much more to nutrition, and the complex needs of women were not easily solved with meal prepping.
Over the past three years, and having two children myself, I have struggled with hormone imbalances and nutrient deficiencies that seemed to take over my natural thought process and made it impossible to make rational decisions. Through this time, I struggled with depression, body image, and feeling completely isolated and alone.
Working on myself and learning to balance my hormones was a game changer. This was not a quick process and took some trial and error, but I was able to learn so much about my body and my needs during this time and regain my self-control.
This passion for food that I once had has now become an ongoing pursuit to truly understand how to use food and nutrients as a tool to help other women who feel this way to gain control of their minds and bodies and achieve the results they desire, whatever that may look like.

My Interests...
Women's health and hormone balancing is a fascinating field that holds incredible potential! Science is only starting to understand the impact of estrogen on a whole system level and how fluctuating levels can impact metabolism, energy production, and the microbiome.
I am particularly intrigued by how genetic variability influences fertility and reproductive health. Understanding the ways our bodies respond to nutrition can empower women to optimize health and well-being.
It's exciting to explore the connections between our genes, hormones, and dietary choices to support a healthier future.
